Job summary

The University of Georgia in the Athens area is seeking an Operations Specialist I to coordinate and perform aspects of the financial cycle. This role focuses on processing the University’s financial operations and supporting departmental operations.

Suitable candidates will have a high school diploma and solid knowledge of bookkeeping, spreadsheet software, and the ability to communicate effectively. The position is full-time, 8am–5pm, and benefits eligible.

Position Summary

This is the second in a series of three non-exempt Operations Specialist positions. This is a specialized position that coordinates and performs aspects of the financial cycle. The purpose of this position is to process the University’s financial operations as well as departmental operations.
