We are seeking a Data Processing Analyst to process real-time updates on private investments, classify data, and deliver reliable insights to clients. This role focuses on accuracy, data integrity, and collaboration with internal teams.

Most full-time positions are based onsite at our New York City office, with occasional evening or weekend work to meet client SLAs. Prior experience with financial data and Excel is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience handling data processing tasks and ensuring accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor account information and updates from clients and funds.
• Coordinate tax documents and ensure timely submission.
• Monitor inbound data, categorize updates, and maintain accuracy.
• Conduct data quality checks and reconciliation across sources.
