The successful candidate must have excellent attention to details and must have a high-level of analytical skills to provide a comprehensive report to the client.Responsibilities:Manage Inbound and Outbound calls for employment, education and other references verifications.Obtain Verification and references information via phone, fax, mail, etc.Investigate and confirm reference credibility.Update reference contact information within database.Answer telephone and email inquiries from candidates and clients concerning the status of a background check request.Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
