Xylem is seeking a hands-on Construction Supervisor to lead a three-person field crew on projects across the U.S. and internationally. You will supervise installation and construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and timely execution while building strong customer relationships.

The role demands travel, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to develop your team while driving operational excellence in diverse environments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of construction site experience.
• Ability to read and interpret civil, mechanical, and electrical drawings.
• Ability to obtain NCCCO Crane Certification.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Passport.
• Must pass background checks and safety screenings.
• Willingness to travel 80–100% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and work alongside a three-person field construction crew.
• Plan and coordinate project schedules, manpower, equipment, and resources.
• Monitor progress and resolve issues to maintain safety, schedule and budget.
• Maintain project documentation and reports.
• Serve as on-site representative and customer liaison.
