NAVY EXCHANGE SERVICE COMMAND (NEXCOM) in Virginia Beach is seeking a skilled administrative professional to support timekeeping, payroll, and Workforce Management (WFM) across all business lines. You will assist with E-Time, WFM, and Crisis Action Team (CAT) activities while collaborating with field staff and HQ.
The role emphasizesExcel proficiency, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple mailboxes and generate payroll-related reports.
Assist higher graded Manager Retail System and Budget with providing support to all business lines for the Enterprise. This includes, but not limited to, establishing, maintaining, and reviewing ADP modules within E-Time and Work Force Management (WFM). Ensures support is offered to field and HQ as it relates to timekeeping, payroll, and Crisis Action Team (CAT).
Performs other duties as assigned.
The incumbent of this position must file a Financial Disclosure Report OGE Form 450 as required.
- Three (3) years of experience in administrative technical or other responsible work that enabled the applicant to gain knowledge and aptitudes required to perform technical managerial or analytical work involving business analysis.
- One (1) year of academic study in a business discipline above the high school level may be substituted for nine (9) months of experience up to a maximum of a 4-year bachelors degree for three (3) years of general experience.
- One (1) year of progressive experience preparing work schedules in a retail store environment involving automated pay time and attendance systems and MS Office Suite with an emphasis on Excel including pivot tables and creation of complex formulas.
