Job summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Investment Operations Specialist located in Boston, MA.

What You’ll Do

The Senior Investment Operations Specialist will support the trading and portfolio management functions at our Boston office. As a member of a fast-paced team, who will work in a deadline-driven, detail-oriented business environment. Review and reconcile Separately Managed Accounts (SMA) and Mutual Funds/Institutional accounts each day. Assist in solving reconciliation problems, processing trade error corrections, and drafting updates to written procedures.

The Expertise We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree, bachelor’s degree in related discipline preferred
• Two years of relevant work experience; 2 years of work experience in financial services preferred
• Understanding of investments and financial markets; experience with brokage products is a plus
• Proficient with MS Office applications, including Excel

• The annual base salary range for this position is $65,000 - $102,000. In determining salary multiple factors will be taken into consideration such as primary work location, experience, education and skill set. In addition to base salary, this position includes eligibility for a bonus.
