Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of administrative or operational support experience.
  • 1+ year healthcare (ambulatory or hospital) setting preferred.
  • Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support administrative operations for efficient workflow.

Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. - Analytical skills to assess operational processes and identify areas for improvement. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with staff and stakeholders. - Proficiency in Epic, Microsoft Office Suite, Tableau and other relevant software tools. - Strong problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges and implement solutions. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.**Additional Job Details (if applicable)****Schedule and Work Model:** * Full-time, Monday through Friday, standard business hours.* Hybrid work model: Must be flexible to be on-site approximately 2 times per week at Assembly Row in Somerville, MA or at medical offices as far north as Dover, NH and as far west as Northampton, MA.* On remote workdays, employees must use a stable, secure, and compliant workstation in a quiet environment.
