What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own processes related to expense allocations and travel receipt reconciliation
- Audit datasets and submit corrections through proper channels and software
- Manage incoming requests and escalation paths, ensuring timely and accurate responses
- Create and maintain documentation related to training, policies, procedures, and best practices
- Provide task coverage and escalation support for Operations Administrators

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience preferred
- At least 4 years of administration or customer service/support experience
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office; experience with Workday, Smartsheet, ServiceNOW, UKG Kronos is a plus
- Ability to multi-task and resolve a variety of issues
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
