Global Recruiters of West Bend is seeking an Operations Manager for the 2nd shift to lead the shop floor and drive performance in a fast-growing manufacturing environment in Columbus, Ohio. This on-site role focuses on lean initiatives, standard work, and direct leadership of shift teams.

You will partner with site leadership to deliver operational excellence, manage daily production, and ensure quality and productivity targets are met with a hands-on leadership style.

Our client is a well-established and fast-growing engineered products Manufacturer in the greater Columbus Ohio metro area. Join the site leadership team, with responsibility for overall Operations performance on 2nd shift!

Reporting to the site Operations leader, this Shift Operations Manager will have direct responsibility for associates across 2nd shift; along with team leaders and support staff.

Location: Onsite (not a hybrid or remote role)

Production schedule: M-F (Mon-Thurs primary with flex to Sat-Sun)

Relocation: Will be considered on a case-by-case basis

Travel: minimal, primarily day-trips if necessary
