Loomis US is seeking an Operations Manager in Albuquerque, NM to oversee route, dispatch, vault and terminal operations. You will lead training for armed driver/guards and terminal staff, drive safety programs, and ensure regulatory compliance. Strong leadership and transportation experience are essential with a focus on cost control and customer service.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Logistics or transportation experience required.
• College education or Military experience preferred.
• 1-2 years of safety and security experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, select and train operations personnel and supervisors.
• Oversee route, dispatch, vault and terminal operations with managers/supervisors.
• Ensure preventive maintenance and repairs for vehicles and equipment.
• Control operation costs and enforce safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain cargo and terminal security and respond to incidents.
