Matrix Service Company in the United States is seeking an Operations Scheduler to lead hiring, weld testing, and coordination of field personnel for our Aboveground Storage Tank and Specialty Vessel projects. You will interview applicants for field positions and collaborate with operations leadership to meet project staffing needs.

The role requires strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to work independently.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Operations, specifically in new tank and specialty vessel construction.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze craft and technical personnel needs for current projects with operations management, project managers, and superintendents.
• Prepare and implement recruitment programs for each project or group to ensure efficient staffing of craft employees.
• Assist operations management with short and long-term craft planning and resource needs.
• Conduct applicant interviews and background checks to determine suitability for employment.
• Coordinate equipment shipments to and from job sites.
• Review freight and repair invoices and aid in weld testing of field personnel.
