Matrix Service Co. seeks a Tank Superintendent to support the Operations Manager by overseeing field crews and equipment, interfacing with QA/QC and the customer, and mentoring field personnel.
The role will fill multiple field supervision positions at various project sites across several states, requiring travel throughout the year. Primary duties include coordinating safety programs, planning work, reviewing procedures, and ensuring compliance with drawings and specifications.
The Tank Superintendent is primarily responsible for assisting the Operations Manager with overseeing field crews/equipment, interacting between Matrix personnel, QA/QC and the customer/client, and assisting with mentoring and coaching of field personnel.
This posting will be used to fill multiple field supervision roles on project sites; candidates are expected to travel to various project sites as needed in multiple states throughout the year (Florida, Virginia, Georgia, North Carolina & Texas).
