Job summary

Entegra in Houston is seeking an ILI Scheduler responsible for scheduling and allocating Operation Crews and ILI equipment to US jobs, including downtime for maintenance. Communicate with Operations personnel, Sales, and Project Managers to maintain a run schedule.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills to coordinate resources for multiple projects, with a strong emphasis on safety and quality compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred 2-year technical electronic degree.
• 3+ years of ILI field experience required.
• Tool Operator Level II qualification or greater.
• Ability to schedule resources with safety and quality in mind.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

• Schedule and allocate Operation Crews and ILI equipment to US jobs.

Purpose

An ILI Scheduler is responsible for scheduling and allocating Operation Crews and ILI equipment to jobs for the US region. This role will also be scheduling downtime for equipment maintenance and upgrades while maintaining the run schedule. Communicate with Operation personnel, Sales, and Project Managers to maintain a run schedule. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills that allow him or her to coordinate resources for multiple projects.

  • Participate in safety meetings ensuring effective knowledge transfer. Employ Human and Organization Performance (HOP) principles to achieve desired outcomes and culture.
  
  
  • Ensure completion of assigned Post Action Reports and Root Cause Analysis. Implement correction\\preventative actions.

  • Input and maintain operational data in Jobs DB accurately and efficiently.
  
  
  • Creates and distributes weekly reports regarding resource availability.
  
  
  • Creates and distributes resource utilization reports identifying areas of improvement.
  
  
  • Schedule US Operation Crews, ILI tools, and support equipment.

Requirements

• Minimum: High School or equivalent.


• Preferred 2-year College and/or Technical Electronic Degree. Exceptional customer service, communication, and people skills.


• 3 + years of ILI field experience required.

• Ability to use analytical skills to schedule resources while accounting for safety, quality, team morale, etc.


• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (exec, word, outlook, share point, etc.).


• Ability to work alone and as a team depending on the job requirements.
