Qualifikationen

• 1+ year experience in office operation preferred.
• Ability to identify and analyze problems, and create and execute solutions.
• Mandarin Chinese-speaking is a plus.

• Follow internal SOP and liaise with various departments to ensure streamlined business operations.
• Assist Business Associate Manager with operational issues.
• Submit monthly internal proposals to headquarters with accurate data and numbers.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure orders are processed without error or delay.
• Maintain a healthy account balance with assigned accounts.
