Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Rural electric cooperative experience preferred.
• Valid Oregon driver’s license and insurability.
• Must meet pre-employment drug screening and comply with policy.

Responsibilities

• Plans, develops, and conducts safety, health, accident, and loss prevention programs.
• Maintains safety records and reports and supports regulatory compliance.
• Administrative support for Operations Manager and Assistant Operations Manager.
• Prepares reports and records for statistical measurements and monthly board status reports.
• Coordinates training programs and apprentice/journeyman lineman program administration.
• Processes administrative duties and supports efficient operating team meetings.
