Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking candidates for a 24-month accelerated Engineering Operations Rotation program in the United States. You will complete two rotations across manufacturing, supply chain, and operational excellence, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to leadership.

You will lead and support operational projects, apply Lean and Six Sigma tools, analyze data to close gaps, and collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and production teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Graduation by Spring/Summer 2027; available to begin full-time by July 2027.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• 1+ years of relevant experience in operations, manufacturing, or supply chain.
• Relocation within the United States for rotations and post-program placement is required.

Responsibilities

• Complete two rotational assignments over a 24-month accelerated program.
• Gain hands-on experience across manufacturing, supply chain, and operational excellence functions.
• Lead and support operational projects improving safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Apply Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Analyze data to identify process gaps and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and production teams.
• Present recommendations and results to site and senior leadership.
• Participate in leadership training, mentoring, networking, and mentor meetings.
• Integrate RBS methodologies into daily activities.
• Build connections across rotations and identify aligned post-program placement opportunities.
