Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations management, or related major by June 2027.
• Previous internship experience required.
• Experience working in a distribution center or warehouse preferred.
• GPA 3.3 or higher at time of application.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and continuous learning mindset.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Eligible to permanently work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Willingness to relocate within the Southeast region for rotations and nationwide after program; travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Complete three 8-month rotations supporting Supply Chain business operations.
• Perform hands-on day-to-day tasks and team/function projects.
• Collaborate, consult, and build relationships with internal associates during each rotation.
• Identify, recommend, and incorporate efficiencies.
• Analyze tasks and processes with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Provide insights and present recommendations to senior leadership.
• Research and analyze business problems with stakeholders.
• Gather business requirements and develop project strategies.
• Analyze data and market trends to inform strategies and business cases.
• Present strategies to senior leadership and lead or contribute to projects.
• Lead or contribute to program stretch projects with deadlines and deliverables.
• Manage time and progress tasks with rotation leaders to meet deadlines.
• Develop knowledge of support-function roles, responsibilities, processes, and tools.
• Complete and actively participate in all program elements, including a personal development plan.
• Complete applicable accreditation/certification requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
