Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a qualified professional for Operational Effectiveness consulting in Huntsville, AL. The role involves building and validating data-driven models to support industrial decision making and risk assessment.

You will gather and harmonize data, design schemas and APIs, and work with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver a scalable prioritization tool for DoD or federal programs. Strong analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or another STEM field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience developing quantitative models and decision‑support tools.
• Willingness to learn new software platforms and tools.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.
