Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Business Analyst to support Systems & Business Integration Consulting in Huntsville, AL. You will gather, document, and validate requirements from stakeholders, translate needs into clear functional and technical specs, and lead workshops with project teams.

You will analyze processes, create traceability matrices, support testing and UAT, and maintain documentation through the lifecycle. Active Secret clearance and 3+ years experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four years of relevant requirements work experience.
• 3+ years gathering, analyzing and documenting business requirements and processes.
• Experience with requirements management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence, ReqIF).
