U.S. Bank is seeking a Performance Operations Associate to provide broad administrative, operational and staff support within an assigned group.

You will engage in report writing, tracking and data maintenance, while ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards. The role involves processing, data entry and review of reports to support loan operations and related transactions, using PC-based software for word processing, spreadsheets and databases.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years in business and general office environment.
• Strong reading, writing and mathematical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data.
• Strong personal computer skills and knowledge of office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide broad administrative, operational and staff support for an assigned group or manager.
• Engage in report writing, tracking and data maintenance; research and data entry.
• Ensure proper application of internal and regulatory standards, guidelines and procedures.
• May review reports, loan files and other policies to promote quality execution of loan operations.
• Use PC-based software for word processing, spreadsheets, databases, etc.
