Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Data Analyst to turn data into decisions, influencing strategy and driving business impact across Operations. You will transform complex data into actionable insights, collaborate with leaders, and develop reporting solutions with SQL, Alteryx, and DOMO.

The role offers exposure to enterprise-scale data, governance standards, and opportunities to automate reporting while working with a cross-functional team across Milwaukee and other locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Three to four years of statistical and/or data analytics experience.
• Hands-on experience with Alteryx, DOMO, SQL, and Excel.
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, Snowflake, or Google Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex data sets and uncover insights that drive business decisions.
• Design and develop dashboards, reporting solutions, and analytics tools using SQL, DOMO, and Alteryx.
• Partner with business leaders to understand challenges and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
• Manage multiple analytics initiatives while balancing priorities and deadlines.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and adherence to governance standards.
• Continuously improve reporting processes and identify opportunities for automation.
