Job summary

The State of Maryland's Comptroller's General Accounting Division (GAD) seeks a detail-oriented professional to support Operations reporting, compliance audit administration, and process engineering. Based in Annapolis, you will help coordinate statewide communications and reporting with agencies, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while embracing a telework option up to two days per week.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate.
• Experience: Five years of administrative staff or professional work.
• Notes: Substitutions may apply per college credits or degrees for experience.
• Education outside the U.S. requires evaluation by a credential service.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Operations reporting, Compliance Audit Administration, Process Engineering & System Implementation for GAD.
• Support coordination and execution of statewide communications and reporting with agencies relating to GAD Operations audits.
• Contribute to the MEMA functions and ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports.
• Support telework up to two days a week and maintain document policies and procedures.
