Qualifications

• Master's degree with 3+ years of related experience.
• Prior experience leading and managing cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills to manage various stakeholders' expectations.
• Proven ability to define program scores, manage budgets, and allocate resources efficiently across multiple projects.
• Provide training and lead by example to new team members.

Responsibilities

• Manages medium to large projects with moderate to high risk; cross-functional teamwork and multiple interdependencies.

• Identifies risks to project success and creates mitigation plans.
• Manages project delivery process, scope and costs of complex projects with minimal supervision; drives completion and mentors other team members.
• Establishes partnerships with partners to build support and secure sponsorship for project outcomes.
• Drives change by identifying impacts and developing training; builds awareness and organizational buy-in.
• Evaluates project results against success metrics and improves processes and resources.
