Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in the aviation industry.

Responsibilities

• Conduct spot check audits for operational corrections and monitor effectiveness.
• Manage teardown manifest upload and data linkage for stock lines.
• Perform pre-inbound compliance reviews and spot-checks for receiving.
• Conduct QA surveys with trade companies and monitor compliance of SOs/POs/ROs.
• Manage Approved Vendor Listings and supplier quality.
• Review quality systems and ensure regulatory compliance through audits.
• Assist in quality audits to ensure standards and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze issues and trends to drive continuous improvement in product and process quality.
• Track Quality Events and recommend corrective/preventive actions for NCRs/Events.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and identify efficiency gains.
• Identify training needs and coordinate with leadership on interventions.
• Support on-site audits by external providers and ISO accreditation.
• Draft and maintain quality standards and procedures with cross-functional teams.
• Produce weekly KPI reports for real-time reporting and scalability.
• Maintain maintenance logs and calibration records.
