Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives, preferably in multi-site facility services or high-volume service industry.
• PMP, CAPM, or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
• English proficiency; bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Experience managing project budgets, vendors, and matrixed teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the intake of project requests and gather requirements, priorities, dependencies, and outcomes.
• Develop and maintain project plans with scope, milestones, deadlines, responsibilities, deliverables, and success measures.
• Track progress, risks, and changes in scope; keep dashboards and status reports up to date.
• Lead cross-functional coordination across departments and directions for timely project delivery.
• Manage budgets, vendors, and resource allocation; escalate as needed.
