Responsibilities

• Maintain shared team systems (Drive, site, directory) and support weekly meetings.
• Process reimbursements and expenses; provide project support as needed.
• Lead weekly close-outs and team recap preparation; support onboarding.
• Track contracts and renewals; coordinate with HR administration.
• Schedule for Executive Director; prepare briefing materials and pre-reads.
• Manage external contacts and CRM upkeep; anticipate priorities.
• Plan team events, retreats, and professional development.
• Support fundraising operations and donor prospect research.
• Coordinate travel and logistics for team retreats and events.
