Qualifications

• Ability to work onsite three days per week.
• 2+ years of working experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative-level project coordination and operational support for programs and initiatives.
• Assist with planning, organizing, tracking, and implementing projects in support of leadership.
• Research, create and facilitate presentations, and analyze data to produce reports for decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve procedures.
• Maintain documentation and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proactively communicate status, updates, issues, and roadblocks to stakeholders.
