Job summary

Ohio State University’s Moritz College of Law JusticeTech seeks a Business Operations Analyst 2 to manage day‑to‑day operations and drive program efficiency. You will coordinate administrative workflows and support stakeholders, helping projects stay on budget and on schedule.

You will partner with the Executive Director and program teams, handling travel, purchasing, reporting, and communications to enable sustainable growth and strong operations for JusticeTech initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated project management and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day administrative activities for JusticeTech.
• Monitor program budgets and prepare routine reports.
• Maintain records and project documentation.
• Coordinate meetings and prepare agendas, notes, and materials.
• Assist with development and distribution of routine reports and presentations.
• Respond to inquiries and coordinate information requests from stakeholders.
• Support project coordination and timelines.
