Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects with plans, timelines and prioritized tasks.
• Attend and lead project meetings, providing status updates.
• Clarify requirements with vendors and internal teams, documenting workflows that align with project vision.
• Follow up with contributors to keep goals on track.
• Develop comprehensive project plans for vendors and staff involvement.
• Track performance and maintain a project history log for milestones and outcomes.
• Support IVR analysis with vendor CCS Associates to identify enhancements.
• Conduct testing as part of user acceptance.
• Lead post-implementation reviews to capture successes and lessons for future projects.
• Maintain a predictable full-time onsite work schedule and comply with CCS policies.
