Qualifications

• Experience managing enterprise accounts and six-brand portfolios.
• Proficiency in coordinating teams, timelines and deliverables.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients.
• Ability to identify risks and resolve scheduling conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines, tasks, priorities, and deliverables across six brands using Asana or similar PM platform.
• Monitor progress, follow up with internal teams, and hold owners to deadlines.
• Coordinate internal and client meetings, prepare agendas, document decisions, and share follow-up notes with owners.
• Serve as main contact between client and internal teams, ensuring clear requests and expectations.
• Manage reporting schedules for weekly, monthly reports and quarterly reviews.
• Identify delays and scheduling conflicts early and work with the team to resolve them.
