Job summary

Enovis is seeking a Project Manager - Operations for our Surgical Business Unit in Austin, TX. You will lead manufacturing operations projects following PMI guidance, planning, organizing, and overseeing execution from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and scope.

You will manage multi-department initiatives, develop project charters and complex plans, and communicate with mid-to-senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4 years of Project Management experience.
• 6-8 years Engineering, Marketing, Quality, or Sales Operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Work with functional groups to develop Project Charters.
• Detailed project planning including scope, time, resource and risk planning.
• Coordinate resources with Ops Leadership, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory and Marketing to ensure on-time and on-budget execution.
• Organize project team and weekly project meetings.
• Develop and maintain monthly project status reporting.
• Identify potential project risks and collaborate with leadership on risk mitigation plans.
