The role collaborates with engineering and manufacturing to forecast demand, optimize inventory and meet FDA/compliance requirements. Strong negotiation, analytical skills and ERP experience are essential; up to 25% travel; Bachelor's degree required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5 years of purchasing experience in medical device manufacturing or high-tech industries.
• Strong knowledge of FDA, ISO, and healthcare compliance standards.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skill.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Procurement and purchasing strategy development for raw materials, components, and services.
• Forecast demand and optimize inventory in collaboration with engineering and manufacturing teams.
• Identify suppliers aligned with Enovis' standards and manage supplier relationships.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with FDA regulations and internal/external requirements.
• Develop and track KPIs, cost savings, and supplier performance metrics.
