Job summary

Enovis Corporation is seeking a Project Manager - Operations to lead manufacturing operations projects according to PMI guidelines. You will plan, organize, and oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring delivery on time and within budget while managing resources and risks.

The role reports to the Director of NPI Engineering and requires collaboration across Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, and Marketing to drive complex initiatives in the Surgical Business Unit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 6–8 years of Engineering, Marketing, Quality, or Sales Operations experience.
• 4 years of Project Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Work with functional groups to develop Project Charters.
• Detailed project planning including scope, time, resource planning, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate with Ops Leadership, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory and Marketing to ensure on-time, on-budget execution.
• Organize project team and weekly project meetings.
• Develop and maintain monthly project status reporting.
• Identify potential project risks and collaborate with leadership on mitigation plans.
