Job summary

Enovis Corporation in Austin, Texas is seeking a highly organized Sr. Project Manager to lead New Product Development projects across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced medical device environment.

You will manage PMI-aligned processes, business analysis, planning, execution, communication, and risk mitigation to deliver projects on time and within budget. You will partner with Product Development, Operations, Marketing, Quality, and Commercial groups to drive value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in Product Development, Quality, or related functions.
• Minimum 2 years of Project Management experience within a regulated or complex business environment.
• Passport required for international business travel, as required by the role.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Experience developing and managing project plans, budgets, timelines, and communication strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage new product development and cross-functional projects from initiation through commercialization.
• Develop business cases, objectives, and statements of work with functional teams.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans including scope, timelines, resources and budgets.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Operations, Marketing, Quality, and Commercial teams for successful execution.
• Organize team meetings, status updates, and cross-functional reviews.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools to communicate progress and risks.
• Identify issues, dependencies, and risks; implement mitigation plans with leadership.
• Deliver presentations to mid- and senior-level leadership.
• Support continuous improvement of PM processes, tools, and effectiveness.
• Drive accountability and collaboration across matrixed teams.
