Melka Capital is seeking an organized Operations & Project Management Coordinator to support our property portfolio, construction projects, and overall company administration.
The role emphasizes ownership, diligent follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while communicating professionally with tenants, vendors, and leadership. Prior experience in real estate operations and project coordination is valued.
Compensation: $70,000 to $100,000 annually + Bonus Opportunities

This is a key position supporting the day-to-day operations of our properties, upcoming construction projects, and company administration. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, communicates well, stays organized, and follows things through to completion.

Experience
Experience in property management, construction, real estate, operations, project coordination, or a similar field is preferred.
A degree is preferred but not required. We value experience, judgment, organization, and initiative.
