Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience with Active Listening workflows, strong judgment to distinguish urgent needs from slower tasks, and leadership to guide mid-level initiatives

Qualificações

• 3+ years steering general projects end to end
• Hands-on experience with modern Active Listening workflows and tooling
• Ability to distinguish essential work from distractions
• Strong judgment to calibrate scope and priorities
• Proven track record of delivering results in dynamic environments
• Comfort working with cross-functional teams and vendors
• Demonstrated leadership in mid-level initiatives

Responsabilidades

• Pair Relationship Building fluency with the patience to explain it plainly
• Keep Active Listening handoffs warm so New Orleans partners never feel dropped
• Own the boring middle of a project, not just the kickoff
