Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience coordinating projects or contributing to project outcomes.
• Demonstrated awareness of project management practices and software used to track projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the team and project customers through all phases of the project life cycle, maintaining scope, budget and schedule documentation.
• Facilitate effective project meetings, secure stakeholder availability, and track action items.
• Support projects across GMG areas such as IT, Construction, Process Improvement, Vendors, and Operations.
• Help meet KPIs identified by the supervisor for organizational initiatives and projects.
• Create and update project artifacts (Charter, Schedule, Budget, QC docs, Change Control).
