Job summary

The role provides support for project task definitions, workload planning, acquisition management, funds management and cost accounting using ERP tools such as SAP Navy ERP and MS Office. Requirements include 3+ years of training systems program/acquisition management experience, project planning and workload forecasting, familiarity with government contracting (WAWF, etc.), and experience

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of training systems program/acquisition management experience.
• Project task definition and workload planning experience
• Familiarity with ERP and government contracting processes
• Experience building and presenting program briefs
• Experience managing multi-disciplined IPTs including engineering, contracting, system administration, cyber security/information assurance, logistics

Responsibilities

• Provide support to budgeting, project planning actions and maintaining program information in ERP.
• Provide CSS personnel to support project leads and respond to administrative and programmatic data calls.
• Provide administrative planning related to program events and day-to-day operations; labor forecasting; CDRL tracking.
• Update the Configuration Management database and create/update reviewers lists.
• Track and route CDRLs/deliverables to reviewers.
