Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, education, finance, entrepreneurship, or related field.
• Coaching certification preferred; relevant coaching experience.
• Entrepreneurial self-starter who thrives with ambiguity.
• 5+ years working with small business owners.
• Analytical thinker with data-driven decision making.
• Strong communication and collaboration across diverse teams.
• Strategic planning and time management abilities.
• Willingness to roll up sleeves and contribute beyond duties.

Responsibilities

• Lead SGR’s learning programs with goals, curriculum, and implementation.
• Recruit, hire, supervise, and evaluate contracted facilitators and coaches.
• Align program goals with outcomes, and ensure data collection and reporting.
• Collaborate on goals and outcomes for Kzoo Station.
• Assist in creating communication and marketing plans for SGR programs.
• Oversee Salesforce CRM implementation and data management; supervise staff.
• Monitor budgets with RDV Accounting and manage vendor payments.
• Maintain effective processes while remaining flexible and service oriented.
