Job summary

Curtiss-Wright EMS in Summerville, SC is seeking an Operations Program Manager to provide on-site program support and coordination for complex contracts and projects.

You will collaborate across functional teams, help manage schedules, and ensure resource alignment to protect the project timeline. DoD clearance eligibility and US citizenship are required, with a preferred bachelor's degree and MS Office experience.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Must be able to obtain DoD security clearances.
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree.
• 2-3 years’ experience with strong communication and MS Office.
• Strong organizational and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and meet deadlines.
• Self-starter, motivated and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Support Program Managers in preparing and analyzing project scheduling data and other contract/project tasks.
• Interface with all functional levels to develop and status schedule requirements.
• Work within the OPM team to deconflict resources to protect the schedule.
• Create and maintain progress reports, meeting notes, QE’s, VIR’s, and production reports.
• Monitor email, QE notifications, VIR status, Job/PO progress, and material demand.
• Track/review daily job production reports and update PM on required planning support.
