Job summary

Curtiss-Wright EMS in Summerville, SC is seeking an Operations Program Manager to provide on-site program support and coordination for complex contracts and projects.

You will collaborate across functional teams, help manage schedules, and ensure resource alignment to protect the project timeline. DoD clearance eligibility and US citizenship are required, with a preferred bachelor's degree and MS Office experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Program Managers in preparing and analyzing project scheduling data and other contract/project tasks.
• Interface with all functional levels to develop and status schedule requirements.
• Work within the OPM team to deconflict resources to protect the schedule.
• Create and maintain progress reports, meeting notes, QE’s, VIR’s, and production reports.
• Monitor email, QE notifications, VIR status, Job/PO progress, and material demand.
• Track/review daily job production reports and update PM on required planning support.

The Curtiss-Wright Electro-Mechanical Systems (EMS) division is seeking an Operations Program Manager. Under general direction, provides on-site project support and coordination to a complex contract, project, task(s) or business unit.

Salary: $67,400-$97,400 Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline only, reflecting a position based in SC. Criteria such as the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience, the scope of the specific position, as well as market and business considerations will be evaluated when extending an offer.

Your Challenge

• Responsible for supporting Program Managers in the preparation and analysis of project scheduling data and other complex contract, project or business-related tasks.
• Interfaces with all functional levels of the program team to develop and status schedule requirements.
• Work within the OPM team to deconflict resources to protect the schedule for all projects.
• Creating and maintaining progress reports, meeting notes and other activities such as QE’s, VIR’s, and production reports.
• Monitor e‑mail correspondence, QE notifications, VIR status, Job/PO progress, and overall material demand.
• Track/review daily job production reports and update PM on manufacturing/material support required from the planning group.

• 2-3 years’ experience in a role that requires excellent communication skills with knowledge of MS Office.
