Product Engineer, Lead Curtiss-Wright Steam & Air Solutions (SAS), a business unit of Curtiss-Wright, designs, manufactures, tests and provides - Navy steam turbines and steam valves, nuclear steam turbines, and aftermarket steam parts, upgrades, and overhauls. Salary: $99,000 - $143,000 Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline only, reflecting a position based in SC. The Lead Product Engineer is a high-impact technical authority responsible for guiding product lifecycle strategy, directing complex engineering initiatives, and ensuring that product performance, manufacturability, reliability, and cost objectives align with long-term business and customer needs. This role provides enterprise-level technical leadership, shapes product roadmaps, mentors senior engineers, drives cross-functional execution from concepts through high-volume production, and advises leadership on technology decisions, risk posture, and investment priorities.
