Job Description

In Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions, we provide next-generation threat detection and countermeasure solutions to enhance electronic warfare capabilities. ACES develops expendable countermeasures and dispenser solutions, building on a 40-year history in these technologies, positioned for continued growth.

As an Operations Program Manager II, you will support and lead the operations content for a program within the ACES product line, responsible for program performance and a business partner within the organization.

• Manage operations performance against the baseline program plan, monitoring quality, schedule, and cost.
• Utilize operations data to present clear, concise updates to management and engineering teams.
• Participate actively in project/team meetings, providing direction to functional areas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new processes, improving efficiencies, reducing defects, and lowering costs.
• Possess knowledge in Supply Chain Planning and program execution.
• Maintain strong interpersonal skills across all levels of the team and management.
• Track costs using existing tools, presenting cost positions, EACs, and variance explanations.
• Promote teamwork across program phases.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• 4-8 years of work experience or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Motivated, solution-oriented, with a mindset for continuous improvement.
• Experience with EVMS and Cost Account Management.
• Business and financial acumen, capable of managing scope and budget.
• Demonstrated cross-functional leadership.
• Active Secret clearance; ability to obtain a Special Access Clearance.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Supply Chain experience.
• Manufacturing environment experience.
• Experience managing operations projects in production or development.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in operations or a technical field.

Pay Information

Salary range: $115,779 - $196,825. Compensation is influenced by various factors including skills, education, experience, and market conditions.
