Job Description

In Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions, we provide next-generation threat detection and countermeasure solutions to enhance mission survivability. ACES is developing advanced expendable countermeasures and dispenser solutions, building on a 40-year history in these technologies, including foundational programs like ALE-55 and ALE-47.

As part of the Advanced Compact EW Solutions (ACES) product line, the Operations Program Manager II will support and lead the operations content for a program, overseeing program performance and acting as a business partner within the ACES Operations Program Management organization.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage operations performance against the baseline program plan by monitoring quality, schedule, and cost.
  2. Utilize operations data to present clear and concise reports to management and engineering teams.
  3. Participate actively in project and team meetings, providing clear direction.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new processes that improve efficiency, reduce defects, and lower costs.
  5. Apply knowledge of supply chain planning and program execution.
  6. Maintain excellent interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization.
  7. Track costs using existing tools, prepare cost position reports, EACs, and explain variances.
  8. Foster teamwork among personnel supporting various phases of the program.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • 4-8 years of relevant work experience or equivalent.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for presentations at all leadership levels.
  • Motivated, solution-oriented, with a mindset for continuous improvement.
  • Experience with EVMS and Cost Account Management.
  • Business and financial acumen with proven scope and budget management skills.
  • Demonstrated cross-functional leadership.
  • Active Secret clearance; ability to obtain a Special Access Clearance.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Experience with supply chain management.
  • Experience in manufacturing environments.
  • Experience managing operations projects in production or development.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Operations or a technical field.
Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $115,779 - $196,825. Salaries are determined by market conditions, internal factors, and individual qualifications.
