Job summary

Aquent Talent in the United States is seeking a motivated professional to support operations and program management for a growing employee population. You will help manage device inventory, onboarding logistics, and access requests while collaborating with leadership on process improvements.

This temporary role blends administrative duties with hands-on operational tasks, including equipment handling and space support, to ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

  • Approximately 12–18 months of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience supporting coordination, administrative, operations or project-based work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to perform a blend of program management, operational, inventory, logistics and administrative tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently with changing priorities.
  • Willingness to perform hands-on device management and operational activities that require physical presence.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and track loaner device inventory and oversee device lifecycle processes.
  • Coordinate shipping, receiving, storage, and re-imaging of employee devices.
  • Maintain accurate device tracking records and ensure retention compliance.
  • Support onboarding logistics for new hires.
  • Process and review access requests for internal tools and licenses.
  • Assist with team operational activities, space planning, onboarding events, and projects.
  • Provide project coordination and program management support as needed.
  • Partner with team leadership to drive initiatives and improvements.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an adaptable and proactive individual to join a team dedicated to operational excellence and program support. Key Responsibilities

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Experience supporting coordination, administrative, operations, or project-based work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Willingness to perform a blend of program management, operational, inventory, logistics, and administrative support responsibilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Willingness to support hands‑on operational tasks, including device inventory, shipping/receiving equipment, and space support activities.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry equipment for device management tasks.
  • Availability to perform hands‑on device management and operational activities that require physical presence.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
  • Experience in Program Management, Project Coordination, Operations, or Administrative Support functions.
  • Prior experience with widely-used commercial tools, systems, or working within large technology environments.
