Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking an Operations / Production Supervisor for a nights shift in Scranton, PA. You will lead a highly automated production team, manage safety and quality metrics, and drive continuous improvement on a fast-paced line.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong problem-solving, and effective communication to ensure smooth operations and achievement of KPIs. Commutable from Wilkes-Barre and surrounding areas, offering strong training and career growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of production employees.
• Oversee production, quality, safety, KPIs and efficiency.
• Identify and resolve production issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Make quick decisions during breakdowns, quality issues and production changes.
• Work with maintenance and other departments to keep operations running efficiently.
• 2-2-3 rotating night shift pattern (7pm-7am).
