Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking an Operations / Production Supervisor (Days) in Scranton, PA to lead a high-speed manufacturing operation. You will manage a team, drive production metrics, uphold safety and quality, and collaborate with maintenance to ensure uninterrupted output.

The role offers a competitive salary of $65,000–$72,000 plus a 12% bonus, training, medical/dental/vision, 401(k) and PTO, with a commutable location from Wilkes-Barre, Pittston, and nearby towns.

Qualifications

• Experience leading production teams in high-speed manufacturing.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Hands-on leadership with focus on safety and quality.
• Experience with metal packaging is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of production employees.
• Oversee production, quality, safety, KPIs and efficiency.
• Identify and resolve production issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Make quick decisions during breakdowns, quality issues and production changes.
• Work closely with maintenance and other departments to keep operations running efficiently.
• 2-2-3 rotating day shift pattern (7am-7pm).
