Rise Technical in Scranton, PA is seeking an Operations / Production Supervisor (Nights) to lead a high-speed manufacturing team on a 2-2-3 12-hour shift pattern. You will oversee production, quality, safety, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High-speed manufacturing background.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on approach with a focus on safety, quality and continuous improvement.
• Experience with metal packaging or similar manufacturing is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of production employees.
• Oversee production, quality, safety, KPIs and efficiency.
• Identify and resolve production issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Make quick decisions during breakdowns, quality issues and production changes.
• Work closely with maintenance and other departments to keep operations running efficiently.
