Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a group of associates to ensure safe, efficient daily operations.
• Assign associates to stations based on skill and safety requirements.
• Communicate expectations, priorities and feedback between supervisor and associates.
• Provide coaching, training and development for operators.
• Assist with onboarding and developing new operators.
• Maintain a positive, collaborative work environment.
