Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Supervisor in Operations, Warehouse, or Cooler areas or proven experience leading teams and managing high-volume operational processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills and basic knowledge of Power BI.
• Knowledge of data analysis, production planning, inventory control, and operational cost management.
• Experience in the perishable goods industry is preferred.
• Bilingual: English and Spanish. - Required

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate resources to execute daily operational plans, minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency.
• Coordinate production schedules and resource allocation to meet goals and customer requirements.
• Coordinate and execute Production, Control Tower, and Product Development activities while managing resources and schedules.
• Monitor production activities for compliance with procedures, specs, quality standards, and company requirements.
• Maintain accurate recording of operational information in company systems.
• Lead cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and continuity.
• Drive safety, quality, productivity, and cost-control initiatives.
